LEGAL KIT
This includes copies of all Chain of Custody Forms, Copies of photos taken at
Time of collection, photos of all Identification presented at time of collection, Original
DNA Report. This is sent directly to the attorney OR agency listed on the Chain of
Custody Form NOT to the person tested.
(Or you can simply provide your attorney the original reports you receive.
The extra fee is for the copies of the photos taken at the time of collection and
Copies of the ID presented.)
